Chisholm began writing her new album, which releases this Friday, October 2, early last year, just before she embarked on a successful U.K. reunion tour with her fellow Spice Girls Melanie Brown, Geri Halliwell, and Emma Bunton. (Victoria Beckham did not partake.) “When I found myself back on stage being a Spice Girl, I just felt really reflective,” says Chisholm. “I was really nervous leading up to it thinking, ‘Can I be Sporty Spice?
